WHO
Who was the founder?
Michael Lim who barely passed his Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) started his career as a jeweler at the age of 20. He has more than 20 years of jewelry design and sales experience. At leisure, he enjoyed flying remote control planes and helicopters. At the age of 42, he realised that his interest lied in flying more than anything else. Hence, he decided to switch his business combining his hobby with his profession.

WHAT
What was the obstacle faced?
Research & Development (R&D) was the biggest challenge as the founder did not have any reference from any existing aero modeling design.

WHEN
When was it launched?
After many times of experiment, the first kite was successfully launched in 2000. The Company was established in 2001 and was privatised in August 2006.

WHERE
Where did the inspiration come from?
Flying remote control planes and helicopters were never easy and involved high maintenance cost. It was also a kind of hobby that did not require group activity. As the founder enjoyed group flying, he did a lot of research and developed a new and affordable hobby.

With this innovation, everyone’s dream of flying has come true.
